The YVF2-H Series of variable frequency adjustable speed three-phase induction motor is efficient and energy-saving. Equipped with a frequency converter, this adjustable speed motor has low noise and vibration, a high starting torque, small starting current, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance. Flat and step less speed regulation can be done in 3(5)~100Hz or more. Equipped with an independent forced cooling fan, the induction motor is ideal for machinery on land or water.

The motors comply with IEC60034-1 rating and performance for rotating electrical machines and with the standards for the following specifications:

Range of Frequency
The frame of motors from 80 to 225 with a permanent torque range have a frequency of 5~50Hz and power range frequency of 50~100Hz. The frame of motors from 250 to 355 with a permanent torque range have a frequency of 3~50Hz and power range frequency of 50~100Hz.

Driving method
Pulley, spur of flexible coupling can be used for driving.

Noise
When using the frequency converter as power supply, the noise limits of the motors measured at the no-load conditions are given in Table 2.

Vibration
When using the frequency converter as power supply, the effective values of vibration intensity measured at no-load conditions do not exceed those given in Table 3.

Mounting arrangements available for various frame sizes are shown in Table 4. We can also provide other mounting arrangements according to your request.

Impregnation and Surface Treatment
The surfaces of the motors’ winding and metal spares are impregnated and well treated to be waterproof, fungus-proof and saltwater-proof to comply with specifications for machines in humid environments.
